This morning, I flipped on the television and the 2009 Track and Field Championship was on. They were in Berlin, Germany. Those athletes are unbelievably amazing. You can just see all the hard work and years of training in their bodies. Studs! The way their strong legs fly across the track. God! I loved watching them. They have so much heart. GO USA!
